Pneumatic Over Hydraulic Pump Test Station
A nationally known maker of hydraulic equipment was having difficulty making a test stand for their pneumatic over hydraulic pumps production line. MCC was asked to step in and brought the project to completion using Wonderware software coupled with a PLC.
Heavy Equipment Control Platform Test Station
One of the nation's leading heavy equipment manufacturers wanted better final assembly testing and quality control of their equipment control platform. MCC was brought in to provide the test control console, PLC programming, and interface using Wonderware InTouch.
Glass Coating Facility
MCC used Wonderware InTouch software package as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for a national producer of coated glass and on their coating production equipment. Thus, monitoring and controlling all operations associated with the various equipment on the coating machines as high voltage power supplies, inert gas disbursement manifolds, motion control systems, and vacuum pumping operations and other critical functions. The development was performed for two different location in the nation for this particular customer.
Digital Plumbing Control
Digital plumbing control is a master control scheme for controlling numerous plumbing monitoring and control operations at a major International Airport. With such operations as building safety, car wash automation, domestic hot water control, sump pump control, all running on a fiberoptic network to maximize operational speed. Along with monitoring and control operations, the system also does a paging operation to the on duty plumbing maintenance personnel when trouble spots are noted. Plus the maintenance personnel have the option to call into the computer system via telephone to hear message playback by the computer of the various alarm conditions.
