Reference Accounts

Fully Robotic, Self Guided, Tunneling System.
An international manufacturer of tunneling and micro-tunneling equipment needed programming expertise.  MCC programmed the PLC based lubrication and tunneling material removal systems.  MCC also helped design the guidance control system and the data collection system on this unmanned, remote controlled, self guided tunneling equipment.
Pneumatic over Hydraulic Pump Test Station
A nationally known maker of hydraulic equipment was having difficulty making a test stand for their pneumatic motor over hydraulic pump systems.  MCC stepped in and brought the project to completion.  This included the use of GE Fanuc PLC programming software, Wonderware's InTouch HMI, and Microsoft Excel for customized data gathering.
Heavy Equipment Control Platform Test Station
One of the nations leading heavy equipment manufacturers wanted better, at-assembly testing of their control platforms.  MCC was brought in to program the GE Fanuc PLC for test control, the operator interface, and data collection and reporting system using Wonderware's InTouch products.
Glass Coating Facility
MCC was the programmer of a new production line for a national producer of coated glass products.  The line used Wonderware's InTouch for the HMI and Allen Bradley PLC5's programmed with its own programming software package.
